80/35 will take place surrounding Western Gateway Park and 12th and Locust in downtown Des Moines, Iowa.

Parking

Find parking near the festival grounds. All parking ramps will be free. The Allied/Nationwide garage with entrances between Walnut St. and Cherry St. and located between 10th St. and 12th St. will be open to the public starting at 5pm on Friday, July 6 and through the weekend. Street parking after 5pm on Friday and all day Saturday is also free.

 

Dart’s D-Line will provide free shuttle service during the entire 80/35! The route will run from 10th & Locust to the Capital with stops along the way on Friday, July 5 all day until midnight and Saturday, July 6 from 11am to midnight.

Western Gateway Park is located at 12th and Locust in downtown Des Moines.

From the West on I-80
– Take I-80 to I-235 east
– Take I-235 to Downtown Des Moines
– Exit at Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway and take a left. Travel south on Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway for approximately 1 mile.  Immediately after crossing a bridge over the Raccoon River you will need to take a hard left at the first set of lights to remain on Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway.  There are several parking options on your left as you follow Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway along the southern side of downtown Des Moines. From the East on I-80
– Exit I-80 onto I-235 west (left-hand exit)
– Take I-235 to Downtown Des Moines
– Exit at Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway and take a left. Travel south on Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway for approximately 1 mile.  Immediately after crossing a bridge over the Raccoon River you will need to take a hard left at the first set of lights to remain on Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway.  There are several parking options on your left as you follow Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway along the southern side of downtown Des Moines. See parking map for more information.

From the North on I-35
– Take I-35 to I-235 west
